If you have already uploaded your ID documents, you'll receive an email within 48 business hours. This email will let you know if you can now bid or if you need to submit any additional information. If you have not uploaded your documents yet, you'll be prompted to upload them once you sign in.
If you wish to bid quicker than 48 hours, you can call us to request express registration, which will activate your account within 2 hours on receipt of the correct ID documents. This can be requested by calling Member Services on 01234 765459 and costs £8.50 (payable over the phone).
PLEASE NOTE: You will be unable to bid until your documents have been verified.
