We’d like you to know that Copart UK’s Head Office and Operation Centres will be closed on Monday, 25th May.
All Copart auctions are planned to run as scheduled.
If you have recently won a vehicle in our auctions, please read below:
Payments
Please note, Bank Transfer is the fastest method of payment and if you choose to use an alternative payment method such as Bank Pay, this could now take up to 24 hours to be applied. If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, you will need enter your Member Number, Lot number, or Generated Reference Number shown on your checkout page as a reference. This ensures your payment is allocated to your vehicle as quickly as possible. You can find more information about payment options in our Support Centre.
We don't want you to incur any late payment charges over the UK Bank Holidays, so if you require our assistance to process your payment, please contact us on 01234 765 459 before 3:30 PM on Friday, 22nd May. Alternatively, you can also speak with one of our helpful advisors via Live Chat within our working hours.

Deliveries
If you are opting to use our fantastic UK delivery service, please remember to book this immediately after the auction. Deliveries will not be taking place on Monday, 25th May but can still be booked online via Payments Due and Lots Won.
Collections
If you wish to collect, please note that vehicle collection appointments will not be available on Monday, 25th May. If you have made payment for your vehicle, you will be able to book collection. Please arrange a suitable collection appointment via our Transportation App.
All collections must be pre-booked through the Transportation App.
Storage charges will incur over the bank holiday dates. More information about vehicle storage periods can be found on our Operation Centre Location pages or by visiting our Member Fees page.
