In April the UK has 2 Bank Holidays where Copart UK Head Office, Copart UK Operations Centres and all UK banks will be closed.
Aside from the Heavy Equipment auction, all other Copart auctions are planned to run as scheduled.
The UK Bank Holiday dates are:
Friday 10th April 2020
Monday 13th April 2020
Whilst auctions will continue as scheduled, please be aware that the Operations Centres will not be available to answer calls or emails on Friday 10th and Monday 13th April 2020.
Payments
Ensure that you allow plenty of time for your payments to reach us as there will be no bank transactions on these dates and late payment charges will still apply. You can still pay by Credit/Debit Card online.
Deliveries
Collections are not available at this time. All vehicles must be booked for Mainland UK delivery immediately after the auction to avoid accruing storage charges. More information about storage periods can be found on each Location page.
Deliveries can be booked by calling 01234 889 355.
Should you have any questions regarding your payments or vehicle deliveries, please contact the Operations Centre in advance of these dates.
