Located within the Copart Chester, Rochford and Wolverhampton locations, these new breaker facilities give our current BreakerBid4U customers more choice when breaking their vehicle and allow us to expand this service to new customers.
Where are our breaker facilities located?
When you win a CAT B vehicle through BreakerBid4U, you have the choice to break your vehicle in one of our 6 breaker facilities located at Copart Chester, Rochford, Sandwich and Wolverhampton and U-Pull-It York and Inverkeithing.
These locations have been strategically placed to cater to several regions of the UK.
What is a Copart breaker facility?
Each of our six breaker facilities has a dedicated bay/bays available where you can safely dismantle your chosen vehicle of all removable parts. Once the parts have been taken, we will organise for the vehicle to be crushed at an Authorised Treatment Facility and issued a Certificate of Destruction.
What parts can be dismantled during a breaker session?
Before a customer arrives at their breaking session, the CAT B vehicle will be depolluted, and we will remove the engine and gearbox for your convenience. We will assume that you want to take the engine/gearbox away with you unless stated otherwise. During the breaking session itself, you can dismantle and take away any part that can be unscrewed or bolted. The full chassis must remain at the facility.
