Easily Book a Virtual Vehicle Viewing for Only £10 Per Vehicle!

Step 1 - Book Your Virtual Vehicle Viewing Online
Visit the Lot page of the vehicle you want and book a 10-minute time slot at any of our nationwide UK Operation Centres. It costs just £10 per vehicle, with the Virtual Vehicle Viewing taking place over WhatsApp video call.

Step 2 - Download WhatsApp

Head to the App Store and download WhatsApp for free. Make sure your account is set up and the app is up-to-date, prior to the call, to ensure we can contact you at the set time.

Quickly Receive Your Copart Delivery

Step 3 - Await Your Video Call

A Copart teammate will video call you and give you a live tour of your chosen vehicle. You will have the opportunity to request to be shown the interior and exterior of the vehicle, including any areas of damage or concern you may have, and we will start the engine (if possible).

HOW TO BOOK YOUR VIRTUAL VEHICLE VIEWING APPOINTMENT

To book your Virtual Vehicle Viewing appointment, simply visit the Lot detail page of your chosen vehicle and click on the ‘Virtual Vehicle Viewing’ link. Select a date and time that suits you, fill out your details and pay. Please note that you will have to log in to your paid Member Account to book a Virtual Vehicle Viewing.

Virtual Vehicle Viewings cannot take place on weekends or bank holidays. All Virtual Vehicle Viewings must be booked 24 business hours in advance, and must take place at least 24 hours before the auction.

Where do Virtual Vehicle Viewings take place?
Our Virtual Vehicle Viewing service can be carried out at any of our nationwide Operation Centres*.

*Please note: Virtual Vehicle Viewings at Hixon are limited to 1 booking per day.

How long is a Virtual Vehicle Viewing?
All Virtual Vehicle Viewings are limited to 10 minutes per appointment.

How much does a Virtual Vehicle Viewing cost?
There is a £10 administration fee, which is non-refundable. If you miss your scheduled appointment, you will need to book another appointment. If the vehicle is sold before your appointment, you will be notified, and you can organise a refund.

When can I book a Virtual Vehicle Viewing?
All Virtual Vehicle Viewings must be booked 24 business hours in advance, and must take place at least 24 hours before the auction.

How do I access the Virtual Vehicle Viewing?
To access the video call, you will need an active and up-to-date WhatsApp account. You can download this from your smartphone App Store for free.

Who can access the Virtual Vehicle Viewing service?
