Viewing a vehicle just got easier! We’re excited to announce a significant improvement to our service: you can now book your Virtual Vehicle Viewing entirely online.
This means you can quickly and easily book a live viewing of any vehicle straight from its Lot page, without the need for phone calls or emails. It’s never been simpler to inspect a vehicle before you bid.
What’s changing?
Previously, arranging a Virtual Vehicle Viewing required contacting our team separately. Now, everything happens online. All you need to do is:

Book online: Visit the Lot page of the vehicle you’re interested in, and click on the “Book a Virtual Vehicle Viewing” link. Once you’re logged in, you can choose a 10-minute time slot and book your appointment. The service costs £10 per vehicle and is available at all our nationwide UK Operation Centres. Please book early to avoid disappointment, as appointment slots are limited and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

Download WhatsApp: Make sure you have WhatsApp installed and set up on your phone or device so we can reach you at the scheduled time.

Await your video call: At your booked time, a Copart teammate will call you via WhatsApp to give you a live tour of the vehicle. You can ask to see specific areas, including any damage or concerns you may have, and we’ll start the engine if possible.
