As you may already be aware, our Operation Centres have reopened but with some changes to the way we operate.
You can have your vehicle delivered within just 5 business days or alternatively collect your vehicle through our easy to use Transportation App.
Collections Made Quick and Easy
Vehicles cannot be driven out of our Operation Centres and must be loaded onto a transporter or towed.
Transportation App FAQs
1) How do I change myself from appearing as a US user?
Simply login and tap the icon symbolising a person

2) Why aren't my login details working?
Make sure you have registered on the Transportation App. Your login details that you use for bidding and buying won't automatically work on the Transportation App.
If you've forgotten your password, click the forgotten password link to reset it.

Delivery in Just 5 Business Days!
By making use of our delivery service, you won't have to pay a Load Fee of £40.00 or fuel costs. What's more, you can save yourself time collecting and we will aim to deliver your vehicle within 5 business days.
Local delivery options are available for Lots won at our Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland Operation Centres.
Advanced Payment
To minimise contact with our employees, we are unable to accept cash payments at this time.
Cash can still be paid into your local bank, in line with our cash acceptance policy. See online payment methods available.
Entering the Office at Operation Centres
If it’s necessary to enter our office to speak with a member of the team, you will be required to book an appointment through our online queuing system and wait in your vehicle until we can serve you.
Details can be found on boards at each Operation Centre.
Our Category B breaking service has now reopened!
These changes include designated car parking bays, an escorted arrival/leaving procedure and hand sanitising stations.
