Payments Just Got a Whole Lot Easier

Your Copart journey doesn’t end when you win a vehicle, that’s why we’ve been working around the clock to provide you with a better post-auction experience. 

The wait is finally over! We’re pleased to announce that your brand-new payment portal has now arrived.

Here’s what you can expect:

Navigate Payments with Ease: Access purchased lots, unpaid invoices and balances due on a single page. The new Unpaid Invoices tab lets you see your deposits, unapplied funds, and total balances due. You’ll also find pictures of your purchases and their basic details on the tab. 

New Payment Method Available: We've also added a fantastic new Bank Pay option! Bank Pay allows you to pay for your vehicles via Bank Transfer, without having to leave the Copart site. Simply click on the Bank Pay option on your Payments page and you'll be directed to your Online Banking. Once you've selected the account and the amount you want to pay, the payment will be automatically allocated to your vehicle when funds have cleared, speeding up your payment and your ability to book delivery or collection. 

Once you use a payment method, we’ll conveniently save it for future use. You can save multiple payment methods and apply them to different vehicles for your convenience. 

Collections Simplified: You can now save time and assign multiple lots to the same transporter at once, rather than one at a time. Your transporter will then manage the booking via the Transportation App as they do today.

History at a Glance: You can now view up to two years of invoices, payments & deposits with a variety of search filters. You can open these documents, export data into excel, and conveniently print them for your record-keeping or business operations needs.
