Information on Our Festive Opening Hours

If you have recently won a vehicle in our auctions, we have some important information for you below:

Payments

With Bank Pay you can have peace of mind that your payment to us will not be impacted by the festive period. However, if you choose to use other payment methods, you will need to ensure that payments are made within 3 business days of purchase (including the day of sale), as we don't want you to incur any late payment charges over the UK Bank Holidays.

If you require our assistance for payment, please contact us on 01234 765 459 before 4PM on Friday, 22 December.

Deliveries

If you are opting to use our fantastic Mainland UK delivery service, please remember to book this immediately after the auction. Deliveries will not be taking place on Monday 25 December, Tuesday 26 December and Monday 1 January, but can still be booked online via Payments Due and Lots Won.

We will call after the Bank Holiday to confirm a delivery date.

Collections

If you wish to collect, please note that vehicle collection appointments will not be available on Monday 25 December, Tuesday 26 December and Monday 1 January. Please arrange a suitable collection appointment via our Transportation App.

All collections must be pre-booked through the App.

Storage charges will incur over the Bank Holiday dates. More information about vehicle storage periods can be found on each Location page.

All Copart auctions are planned to run as scheduled.
