Our Operation Centre Festive Opening Hours 2024

Wishing you all a happy holiday season! We have some important information for you below regarding our Festive Opening Hours so that you can plan ahead:

Payments

Please note, Bank Transfer is the fastest method of payment and if you choose to use an alternative payment method such as Bank Pay, this could now take up to 24 hours to be applied. If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, you will need to generate a unique reference number each time. You can find more information on how to do this in our Support Centre.

We don't want you to incur any late payment charges over the UK Bank Holidays, so if you require our assistance to process your payment, please contact us on 01234 765 459 before 4:00 PM on Tuesday, 24th December 2024.

Deliveries

If you are opting to use our fantastic Mainland UK delivery service, please remember to book this immediately after the auction. Deliveries will not be taking place on 25th December 2024, 26th December 2024 and 1st January 2025, but can still be booked online via Payments Due and Lots Won.

Once you have booked online, we will call you to confirm a delivery date.

Collections

If you wish to collect, please note that vehicle collection appointments will not be available on 25th December 2024, 26th December 2024 and 1st January 2025. If you have made payment for your vehicle, you will be able to book collection. Please arrange a suitable collection appointment via our Transportation App.

All collections must be pre-booked through the App.

Storage charges will incur over the bank holiday dates. More information about vehicle storage periods can be found on our Operation Centre Location pages.

Auctions will not run on Wednesday, 25th December, but all other auctions are planned to run as scheduled.
