| Re-Run Fee | If you’d like your vehicle to be listed again after the agreed number of listings, you can relist it for an extra fee. | £35.00 + VAT |
| Collection Fee | We’ll collect your vehicle at a time that suits you and transport it safely to one of our operational centres. If you're further away, your account manager will arrange a personalised quote. | £60.00 + VAT |
| Administration Fee | We can handle any one-off admin tasks related to your agreement including things like payment cancellation for a simple, all-inclusive fee. | £25.00 + VAT |
| Return Transport | We’ll return your vehicle to the original collection address or your home. If you need delivery elsewhere, your account manager will arrange a personalised quote. | £60.00 + VAT |
| Vehicle Release | We’ll move your vehicle from storage to the on-site collection point, ready for pickup. | £60.00 + VAT |
| Additional Mileage | Deliveries outside the original collection or home address are considered out‑of‑area. Your account manager will then arrange a personalised quote with our operations team. | £5.00 + VAT |
| Buy It Now Price | Have a figure in mind already? Set a Buy It Now price and let buyers purchase your vehicle instantly. | £10.00 + VAT |
| Storage Fee | If you’d like to keep your vehicle on site a little longer, we offer convenient daily storage at £15 per day (after the first two days). | £15.00 + VAT |
| Livery Removal – Identifying Details Only | We’ll remove identifying details such as logos, business names, phone numbers and websites from cars, car derived vans and panel vans up to 3.5 tonnes. | £30.00 + VAT |
| Livery Removal – Vans | We offer full livery removal for car derived vans, including models like the VW Caddy. | £60.00 + VAT |
| Livery Removal – Complete Removal | We can remove all livery including full wraps from panel vans up to 3.5 tonnes, such as Ford Transits. | £120.00 + VAT |
Avoidable Service Charges

| Failed Collection | If you need to rearrange your collection or ensure access to the vehicle, we can reschedule easily. A standard per vehicle fee applies for each additional trip. | £75.00 + VAT |
| Excessive Rubbish Removal | If the vehicle contains excessive rubbish, we will need to remove it and an additional fee will be applied. | £50.00 + VAT |
| Walk Away Fee | If you decide to withdraw your vehicle before its final auction, we can manage this for you with a standard walk away fee. | £100.00 + VAT |
