Members visit our facilities for a number of reasons, including collecting vehicles and making payments.

Did you know... all of our facilities have a PC terminal located in the reception foyers for you to use? You can use these terminals to place preliminary bids on all UK auctions or simply check your bidding history. (Preliminary bids can be placed up to 11am on the day of the auction). If you place a winning bid on the computer at one of our facilities, Members will not be charged the internet bid fee.
