We are delighted to announce that Copart will be sponsoring John Pritchard and his new co-driver Elliott Edmondson, in the Wales Rally GB taking place on the 14th-17th November 2013.
John has a long history of rallying success. In his early days he was a finalist in the British Junior Rally Team and over the years he has won various events including the Pirelli National and the Skoda Trophy. In 2010 he came 3rd overall in the British Rally Challenge and 2nd overall in the Fiesta Challenge.
In an effort to give something back to the sport and to help develop talent for the future, John has recruited a new young co-driver to sit alongside him in the car. 19 year old Elliott Edmondson has won the opportunity to develop his skills, and experience first-hand the thrills and spills of a major high profile international event.
Elliott has already competed in some 40 events including the Trackrod Historic. To help him prepare for the Wales Rally GB he will be coached and mentored by World Rally Championship, rally winning co-driver Nicky Grist.
