When hazardous waste moves from any premises it must be accompanied by correctly completed paperwork called a consignment note.

This applies to all movements of hazardous waste including CAT B vehicles

It is your responsibility to complete part E as follows:

• The CAT B vehicle is either delivered by us or collected by you with two copies of the note. You check the vehicle and the documentation, and complete Part E to show you have accepted the vehicle then scan or send the completed form to:
